Planetary Horizons Ltd provides strategic consulting services relating to lunar and Martian opportunities, Artemis Accords compliance, regulatory guidance, and market assessments.
02Payment terms
50% of the fee is due upfront to confirm the engagement. The remaining 50% is due within 14 days of delivery of the final report or completion of the service.
Subscription services (such as Lunar Market Watch) are billed quarterly in advance and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
03Refunds & cancellations
No refunds will be issued after work has commenced. Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
04Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables prepared for them (reports, briefings and roadmaps), and may use them freely within their organisation.
Planetary Horizons Ltd retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates and analytical tools, and may reuse these for other clients. Deliverables may not be resold, published or provided to third parties offering competing services without our written consent.
05Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or commercial information shared during an engagement, including information provided in pre-engagement questionnaires, and to use it solely for the purposes of the engagement.
This obligation survives the end of the engagement and does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any engagement on request.
06Limitation of liability
All advice and reports are for informational purposes only. Planetary Horizons Ltd is not liable for any business decisions, financial outcomes, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
